As a Structural Design Project Manager, you will ensure that the structural design of the project is technically high-quality, on schedule, and meets objectives. You will work closely with both external and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for project execution, coordinating design solutions, monitoring quality, schedule, and costs, and anticipating potential challenges. You will act as a unifying force in structural design, serving as a reliable partner to the client. We welcome your insights on the skills and experience you bring. The position is based in Espoo, Tampere, or Oulu, with partial remote work options. To succeed in this role, you need an inquisitive mind, precision, and a desire to demonstrate your expertise and develop. The role requires a relevant degree (AMK/DI) and previous experience in similar roles. In structural design, we use Tekla Structures and AutoCAD, in addition to Office programs. Experience with Navisworks and Trimble Connect is a plus. Proficiency in Finnish (spoken and written) is required, and the ability to work in English is necessary in our international market.
