The Supply Chain Management unit of K-ryhmä's Construction and Building Materials retail is looking for an energetic and innovative Replenishment Planner for a fixed-term maternity leave cover from September 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027. The position is located at K-Kampus in Helsinki, Kalasatama. The role involves planning replenishment for central warehouses in Hyvinkää, handling order confirmations, managing complaints, and investigating invoice errors. You will work actively with suppliers, product lines, and logistics teams. We expect you to have customer service attitude, organizational skills, initiative, and ability to see the big picture. You should be able to prioritize your tasks and respond flexibly. Proficiency in office software and strong Excel skills are required. Good communication skills and a proactive work approach are essential, even in challenging situations. Fluent English is necessary. Studies related to supply chain management are a plus, as are SAP and Relex system skills.
