Senior Quantity Surveyor - Gold Group - Remote - Global

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading infrastructure contractor delivering works for Thames Water across South East London. This role will see you commercially managing a high-volume portfolio of minor capital works projects within the water sector, supporting the successful delivery of circa 150 projects per month. Project values will typically range from £5k - £100k, with occasional schemes reaching up to £1m. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will based from a key site in South East London and the position would suit a commercially strong Senior Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a fast-paced operational setting and enjoys managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Key Responsibilities include commercial management, application and CVR management, cost control, subcontractor management, team mentoring, and ensuring project delivery targets are met. Requirements include proven experience in infrastructure, utilities, or civil engineering, knowledge of AfP and CVR's, managing multiple projects, team management experience, stakeholder skills, and NEC contract experience is advantageous. The package includes a salary of £60,000-£65,000, company car or allowance, 25 days leave, pension, and private healthcare.
