We are now looking for: Repair and renovation specialist (carpenter skills) Location: Salo Work area: Salo-Lohja Employment type: Permanent Start: As soon as possible according to agreement Other: B-driver's license, transportation to sites is with company van. Job description: We are seeking a carpenter-skilled repair and renovation professional with experience in damage restoration, demolition work, and related special phases. The work is practical and mainly takes place in inhabited apartments, so customer service skills, cleanliness, and attentiveness are key to success. Your main tasks will include: Demolition work at damage restoration sites and carpentry tasks requiring carpentry skills for rebuilding and repair; Partitioning, negative pressure, and dust control; Furniture removal, protection, and reinstallation if needed; Post-damage treatment (JVT) and related on-call duties; Customer work in damage situations requiring quick action, problem-solving, and empathy. We expect from you: Experience in repair construction, demolition and preferably drying work; Ability to work independently and responsibly; Customer-oriented attitude and good communication skills; Fluent Finnish language skills.
