Job Description

In this role, you will contribute to the development and management of solutions that support our customers in handling credit risk in a structured, compliant and efficient way. You will work at the intersection of business, regulation and system development. You will play an important role in ensuring that our solutions meet both customer needs and regulatory requirements, while supporting efficient credit risk management processes. You will work closely with product managers, development teams and customers, contributing with both domain expertise and a structured, analytical mindset. Key responsibilities include contributing to the development and maintenance of our Credit Risk & Management offering, translating business and regulatory requirements into clear product and system needs, supporting customers in how to use and develop our solutions in their credit risk processes, participating in discussions around prioritisation, planning and product improvements, ensuring that our solutions support reporting, follow-up and compliance requirements, and acting as a bridge between business, regulation and technical teams. Who you are: We believe you have a strong interest in credit risk and financial processes, combined with a structured and collaborative way of working. You are comfortable working in a role where you interact with both business stakeholders and technical teams, and where you need to balance detail with a broader perspective. You likely have experience in accounting, financial reporting, or the management of non-performing loans / problem credits. A good understanding of credit risk processes and how they are managed in practice. Knowledge of credit risk–related regulation and reporting requirements. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively across different teams. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Experience from the financial sector is highly relevant, and familiarity with core banking systems is an advantage. Your geographical location will be either Mariehamn or Helsinki. What we offer: At Crosskey, you will be part of a knowledgeable and committed organisation, where collaboration, professionalism and continuous development are key. You will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise within credit risk while contributing to solutions that are central to our customers’ operations. Interested?
