This role exists as a result of sustained growth across our US client base and the need to continue developing meaningful, consultative partnerships with organizations requiring more than transactional recruitment support. You will manage full 360 recruitment processes within software engineering, data, machine learning, or AI, developing strategic client relationships, managing stakeholder expectations, and mentoring less experienced consultants. - Ability to operate in a high-performance environment
