Come become the manager of the new Attendo home for mental health rehabilitants in Keminmaa. You will start a completely new home and work community. Attendo Vire is the first Attendo home for mental health rehabilitants in the Meri-Lappi region. The home offers both around-the-clock and communal living. The home opens in autumn 2026. Every resident deserves to be met as themselves and to live a full life. As an Attendo employee, you are an important part of this task. As a manager, you are the key person of the Attendo home. You are responsible for the entire operation of the home and achieving overall goals. You develop the quality of the Attendo home and collaborate with various stakeholders. The work is teamwork but requires initiative, independent decision-making, and creative problem-solving. You will initiate the operation of a completely new Attendo home: recruit staff, build operating models, and create a strong foundation for daily work. Lead the unit from a recovery-oriented framework and ensure that rehabilitation, participation, and individual goals of residents are visible in daily work. The position is full-time and permanent, with start date negotiable. Salary is based on a contract. You will need a suitable higher education degree in social and health care, at least 2 years of experience working with mental health rehabilitants, qualification in management (1-2 years of experience) or 20-30 ECTS of management studies, vaccination protection according to the Infectious Diseases Act, and a social and health care professional card.
