Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for basic care of elderly people in their own homes, medication management, and supporting daily activities. The work also includes recording and monitoring patient information in the Domacare system. Shifts are mainly morning and evening, and you can influence your working hours and frequency. A few hours of orientation and the possibility to complete medication licenses in advance are provided at the start. Requirements: * Home Care Assistant qualification * Medication licenses (or readiness to obtain them) * Good communication skills * Independent and responsible work attitude * B driving license (work involves mobility) The position requires vaccination protection according to infectious disease law.
