We are looking for two experienced carpenters for facility and damage renovation projects. We are seeking two construction professionals for renovation projects in the Helsinki metropolitan area and Uusimaa region. The job involves traditional interior carpentry work on damage renovation sites, from damage assessment and demolition to finishing. In addition to professional skills, customer service skills are expected, as some work will be performed in the presence of residents. Currently, there are ongoing projects throughout Uusimaa, so having your own car is necessary for logistical reasons. Work will start when suitable candidates are found and will initially be temporary, with a transition to a permanent position with the client company after the probation period. If you possess the following, you might be the person we are looking for: Several years of experience in the construction industry - we are looking for a professional who works independently and reliably. Valid professional certificates (safety card) - if not, this must be obtained before starting work. Ability to use your own car - sites are spread across the Helsinki metropolitan area, and addresses may change during the day. Good Finnish language skills - the work supervisor communicates in Finnish. High work ethic – work is independent, and you are responsible for your work quality. Good social skills – able to work well with people even in challenging situations.
