Store Manager - Musti ja Mirri Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We aim to be a full-service product provider and operator for our customers—both physically and digitally. We are looking for a new store manager to join our team in Espoo. As a store manager, you will be responsible for the store's results, team leadership, and daily operations. You will develop a positive, customer-oriented atmosphere, lead the store according to set goals, and participate in daily sales activities. Your tasks include monitoring store key figures, recruitment, training, scheduling, customer service, and ensuring the store's compliance with company policies. We expect previous experience in sales and customer service, leadership ambition, excellent communication skills, commitment to results, system proficiency, and fluency in Finnish and English. The role begins on 13.7.2026 or as agreed, and is a fixed-term position until 31.5.2027. The salary is negotiable.
