Job Description
Manage the comprehensive invoicing process including invoices, credit/debit notes, and exports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Control documentation, goods dispatch, and inventories including returns. Analyze orders and generate reports on billing, logistics, and costs. Maintain control systems and handle claims on platforms. Address internal requests, audits, and customer inquiries related to billing. Monitor transport invoices versus logs, identifying deviations. Track operational indicators and daily routines (MDI). Drive continuous process improvements and support other departments. Lead the team and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
