The Global Head of Procurement & Strategic Sourcing at AB Enzymes is responsible for leading the global procurement organization, shaping a resilient supplier ecosystem, and building a high-performing team. The role involves operational excellence, strategic sourcing, partnership development, and leadership contribution to senior decision-making. The position is located in Darmstadt, Germany or Rajamäki, Finland. Responsibilities include leading, developing, and structuring the procurement organization, defining and executing strategies aligned with business priorities, managing supplier lifecycle, developing strategic supplier partnerships, improving procurement processes, supporting IBP, fostering supplier-driven innovation, providing market insights, building internal networks, shaping organizational structures, and providing leadership and strategic direction. The ideal candidate has a degree in Business Administration or related field, over 8 years of procurement experience including leadership roles, proven success in strategic sourcing and supplier management, experience in international matrix organizations, strong negotiation skills, deep understanding of procurement processes and SAP, experience with IBP and supply chain processes, stakeholder management skills, inspiring leadership, fluency in English, and willingness to travel.
