The role involves assessing social service needs, planning work with clients and their networks, making decisions on preventive income support, and guiding clients. The work requires flexibility and courage to respond quickly to changing circumstances. The team collaborates with other parties and uses electronic tools and remote connections, including video consultations. The team is located near good transport links, next to the train station.
