You will work as an entrepreneur, either as a sole proprietor or a limited company, serving individual clients by identifying and managing their risks and developing long-term customer relationships. You will meet clients at our office in Salo, online, or at their homes, representing Pohjantähti and strengthening its local presence. We value strong sales drive, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented attitude. Experience in insurance is a plus but not essential; the right mindset and motivation are key. You will be responsible for your results, planning your daily work, and utilizing Pohjantähti’s products and support to grow your business.
