Join Hyria! We encourage enthusiasm and success. We are seeking a Finnish language teacher for vocational education in Riihimäki for a fixed-term position from August 3, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The role includes teaching Finnish to foreign-language students in vocational training, guiding work-based learning, and developing the training programs. As a teacher, you will work with students from various vocational fields. You will teach and guide future professionals on campus, online, and in other learning environments. You will support learners towards employment and further studies. You will have the opportunity to utilize your professional skills and to plan and develop training to better meet the needs of working life and learners. In addition to teaching Finnish, your responsibilities include personalizing studies to suit the learner's needs. You will monitor the progress of studies and guide work-based learning, assess skills, and collaborate with working life. You will employ diverse teaching methods and environments, incorporating digital tools and technology to enhance learning. Your duties also include multidisciplinary cooperation to support studies and well-being. The work is mainly day shifts, and the primary location is Riihimäki.
