The construction supervisor for concrete works in the building technical unit is responsible for scheduling, quality, and cost-effective execution of work phases within their area of responsibility. They lead safety practices by example, ensure safe execution of work phases, act as a front-line supervisor for personnel, manage subcontractors, and collaborate closely with the site manager. The role requires experience in waterproof concrete structures, challenging cast-in-place concrete, and precast concrete construction, along with a qualification for highly demanding concrete supervision. The candidate must have contract management skills, leadership abilities, good communication skills, and active IT and digital skills. Finnish language proficiency and basic English are required.
