We are now looking for a Product Engineer with a strong background in structural calculations to join our Product Management team working with Wood Processing equipment and plant deliveries. In this role, you will not only apply your technical expertise—you will actively contribute to the development of reliable, high-performance solutions used by customers around the world. Your role As a Product Engineer, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and performance of our products. You will perform structural and strength calculations supporting sales, ongoing customer projects, and product development initiatives. You work closely with different stakeholders across the organization, contributing to continuous product improvement, supporting project engineering, and participating in R&D activities. In addition, you help ensure that our product documentation and drawings remain accurate and up to date. This is a role where your expertise truly makes an impact—both in daily delivery and future innovation. The position can be located in any ANDRITZ Oy office in Finland, with an induction period in Lahti. We expect you to have: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Hands-on experience with structural mechanics and strength of materials Familiarity with engineering and calculation tools such as Ansys, SAP2000, or similar FEM software Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken The ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities in a dynamic project environment Solid technical expertise with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
