Kaiku HR is seeking multiple workers for RMC (Rauma Marine Constructions) for significant projects in the shipbuilding industry at the Rauma shipyard. You have the opportunity to join a team building modern icebreakers, defense ships, and world-class special vessels. Each of these ships is a masterpiece of technology and sustainability. We are looking for a GRINDING WHEEL ARC WELDER. As a grinding wheel arc welder, you will work with a welding tractor that performs butt welds on plates. Your tasks: - Mechanical welding with a welding tractor - Butt welding on plates - Quality control and supervision - Working as part of a team We require from you: - Interest in shipyard and mechanical workshop work - Previous work experience and/or training especially in grinding wheel arc welding and use of welding tractors - Careful and proactive work attitude - Ability to work in a team - Valid safety and hot work permits - Readiness for shift work Please note that selected candidates will undergo a basic personal security clearance.
