Are you an excellent à la carte chef during the season? Location: Pornainen. Fixed-term employment with Koto Golf. Want to spend the summer in a beautiful golf environment and participate in running a new restaurant concept? We are looking for an enthusiastic and seasonal chef for the summer at Koto Golf's restaurant! This role is especially suitable if you are looking for a fast-paced summer job in a good team. The work is placed during the busy season until the end of October, when the kitchen is open seven days a week. It is full-time with the possibility of extra hours. Shifts are scheduled in advance. The start can be as soon as possible. You will work in a lush golf environment serving guests who enjoy good food between games, often hungry and competitive. You will participate in the rhythm of a small seasonal kitchen and collaborate with the head chef. The focus is on mise en place preparations and food preparation, but the kitchen team is tight-knit, so you can expect varied tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. You do not need decades of experience — the most important thing is a good attitude and an efficient work method! The kitchen menu includes: artisanal pizzas and burgers, various à la carte dishes, vitrine products. We expect from you: practical experience as a chef and with à la carte dishes, ability to work as part of a team and take responsibility for daily smoothness, Finnish language skills, readiness to work during the lively summer season. Advantageous: previous experience of seasonal work, experience in making artisanal pizzas.
