Retail24 is the largest provider of sales services in the Nordic countries for the grocery retail sector. We build results where purchasing decisions are made: in stores, product selections, shelves, and customer interactions. Our operations broadly cover retail tasks from sales promotion and product demonstrations to full-time sales representative solutions. We are looking for a sales-oriented, analytical, and results-driven sales representative for the Greater Helsinki Area. The role requires willingness to travel within the region, strong understanding of grocery retail, and a genuine desire to achieve measurable results. We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and entrepreneurial individual with a true passion for sales and a desire to continuously develop their skills. Success in this role requires being goal-oriented, independent, and persistent, as well as capable of working effectively under pressure and in changing situations. In this role, you will not only visit stores but also actively grow sales, lead your activities with data, and build long-term customer relationships with retail stores. Your core tasks include: Increasing sales and managing customer relationships, Influencing store-level visibility and developing displays, Commercial development of our strong brand. You will actively monitor sales figures, identify opportunities, and respond quickly to changing situations. You will implement agreed actions systematically and ensure they are carried out at the store level. We are looking for someone who understands the operational logic of grocery retail and genuinely wants to influence sales development. You can utilize data, draw conclusions from it, and turn insights into concrete actions in the field. You are motivated by understanding why something works or doesn’t, and above all, how to improve activities for better results. You want to learn continuously and develop as a sales professional.
