Project Manager and Project Engineer – Commercial Building Construction - Academic Work

As a project manager or project engineer, you will play a central role in project management contracts for commercial and office building projects. You will be responsible for the planned progress of your projects, scheduling, cost management, collaboration with various stakeholders, and successful project execution.
