About the role: You are an advisor with a capital A in all that it entails in dialogues with our existing customers. You will daily help our small as well as medium-sized agricultural customers via incoming and outgoing calls. Your task is to ensure that they get exhaustive answers to their inquiry, are correctly insured, and feel secure being insured with us. This happens by uncovering the customer's needs in a simple and effective way, where you also take responsibility for advising on our many options and following the customer to the door.
