Construction assistant workers for construction sites in Hyvinkää/Riihimäki We are now looking for interested construction assistant workers for temporary work. We offer you the opportunity to work on diverse and practical tasks at our client companies' construction sites. The assignments are mainly focused on the Hyvinkää and Riihimäki areas, but if you wish, you can work more broadly in Uusimaa and Kanta-Häme regions. The job suits those who value flexible work and the opportunity to further build experience in the construction industry. Job Description: You will perform a variety of construction-related tasks: carrying out basic construction work, moving materials, cleaning and clearing, scaffolding, and demolition work. Depending on your skills and interests, there is also an opportunity to assist more experienced construction workers. Working days are generally weekdays from 7:00 to 15:30. The work is performed at various sites on a temporary basis, so we expect applicants to be willing to move between different sites. This is a great opportunity to get to know different construction sites and the opportunities they offer! Requirements for success in the role: You succeed with a diligent work attitude and a willingness to complete tasks thoroughly from start to finish. Previous experience or studies in construction are a plus but not a requirement for the position. The most important thing is that you are ready to put yourself into the work. The role requires: - Willingness to perform physically demanding work - Being of legal age - Finnish language skills - Construction safety card (approved by the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health) Having access to a car is considered an advantage and greatly facilitates transportation to work sites. We offer all our employees at least the wages according to the construction industry collective agreement, generally between €12.59/h and €14.12/h for construction assistants.
