Job Description

From GPU cloud computing and large-scale data centers to platform tooling and AI services, we are scaling rapidly across multiple dimensions at once. As our customer base continues to grow, we are looking for a Technical Account Manager to become the trusted technical partner for our customers, helping them successfully deploy, scale, and operate large GPU and HPC workloads on our platform. We're ambitious, curious, and pragmatic builders. We operate with low hierarchy, high ownership, and a strong bias for action. We've already achieved a lot, but we're only getting started. Your responsibilities include owning the technical relationship with a portfolio of customers, developing deep understanding of their environment, advising on infrastructure, and coordinating internal deployments. Key competencies include hands-on HPC and GPU experience, understanding of HPC/AI stacks, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise relationship management. Nice to have skills include supporting AI/ML workloads, MLOps, hybrid HPC architectures, and experience in fast-growing tech companies.
