Job Description
The Korn Ferry RPO Contracts Manager will be accountable for optimizing the contracting and Financial Account Management practices within Korn Ferry RPO business. This role will implement standardized contracting practices to maximize efficiencies within the business and minimize risks. This individual will work closely with Finance, Legal, Operations and leadership for day-to-day execution, and will be responsible for significant internal and external change management initiatives. Key Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, developing templates, advising on contract clauses, partnering with legal, supporting proposal processes, and training staff. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Legal, Finance, Business Administration or related field, 3+ years of experience managing complex contracts, and strong financial and risk management skills.
