Job Description
The successful candidate will design, coordinate and implement their own research and publish results in high-impact venues. The research scope involves developing semiconductor technologies and the relevant knowledge base. The environment includes micro- and nanofabrication facilities, with access to Tampere University’s research infrastructure for semiconductor fabrication, integration, and characterization. Applicants must have a doctoral degree in a relevant field by 31 August 2026, demonstrate independent scholarly activity, and have fluent English skills. The position is for 3 years, with a starting date as agreed, but no later than July 1, 2027. The salary is 4500 euros per month before tax.
