Construction Supervisor - Bravida Finland Oy - Vaasa, Finland

At Bravida, you will work on diverse industrial maintenance sites and develop operations together with a skilled team. As a construction supervisor, you will oversee daily operations of HVAC work at industrial maintenance sites, ensuring smooth daily work and customer satisfaction. Your tasks include planning, organizing, and leading HVAC and LV work, scheduling, resource management, receiving and planning jobs, ensuring billing, troubleshooting, coordinating repairs, responding to urgent customer needs, and ensuring safe and smooth work environments. You will also act as a supervisor, contributing to team functionality and development. We expect you to have a positive and service-minded attitude, result-oriented and solution-focused work approach, ability to work independently, and leadership skills. Experience in measurement and regulation work, HVAC guidance, electrical or automation skills, and proficiency in Finnish, English, and Swedish are valued.
