Welcome to our team, Porin seudun Steiner School is seeking a part-time English teacher for grades 7-9 in the upper comprehensive school (total weekly hours 7). The qualification requirement is a degree in accordance with the Decree on Qualifications for Teaching Staff (986/1998). Additionally, we value qualifications to teach Finnish language and literature up to the ninth grade of basic education (2 weekly hours). We are looking for a qualified teacher. Furthermore, we hope you have the qualification to teach German as an elective subject. Applicants must submit a criminal record extract as required by the Act on Background Checks for Persons Working with Children (504/2002). Salary according to private education sector standards Sivista. The position includes a five-month probation period. The contract is temporary, from August 3, 2026, to June 5, 2027.
