Senior Recruiter - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

Korn Ferry is searching for a Senior Recruiter. As a member of Korn Ferry, the Senior Recruiter will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients either in an on-site or off-site environment. The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities. The Senior Recruiter is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. Key Responsibilities include creating and executing multi-channel strategies to source candidates, conducting interactions with clients, identifying improvement opportunities, conducting role briefings, process management, sourcing, following recruitment processes, competency interviewing, and candidate relationship management. Required skills include 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, client facing experience, competency and behavioral interview skills, ATS experience, sourcing methodologies, and a high school diploma. Preferred skills include a bachelor degree and bilingualism in English and Farsi. Compensation range is $45-55 CAD per hour. The role requires on-site presence 3 days per week.
