Job Description
Skydio is seeking a Deployment Engineer with a deep sense of ownership to lead and drive all aspects of technical implementation, end to end usage and system maintenance for our cloud connected products. The role involves onsite and remote hardware, network installations & software integrations, requiring expertise in WiFi, cellular networking, Linux, and troubleshooting connectivity issues. The candidate will support complex hardware and software systems, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure customer success through deployment, documentation, and support. Travel up to 75% is expected, and an ability to support enterprise-grade secure networks is essential. The role reports to Customer Success and involves working with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to deliver autonomous drone solutions.
