Construction Site Manager - Nordic Electro Power

We are currently hiring a full-time construction site manager to oversee the practical management of the company's BESS projects' construction sites. The employment is full-time and will commence in autumn 2026 according to agreement. The company's offices are located in Vaasa, Seinäjoki, and Oulu, but this position involves working full-time at our construction sites. As a construction site manager, you will be responsible for: Ensuring the quality, smoothness, and maintenance of the construction activities for the battery energy storage project in accordance with budget and schedule Leading earthworks and construction activities and supervising quality Supervising and directing contractors and installation personnel Monitoring HSEQ matters on the construction site and HSEQ documentation Facilitating smooth cooperation with contractors, client representatives, and designers Supporting tender calculations and planning. We are looking for a construction site manager who has: Appropriate education (e.g., construction engineer or construction foreman) At least a few years of experience in construction site management or other supervisory roles Skills in earthworks and/or concrete construction and HSEQ tasks Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with various stakeholders, and leadership skills to handle changing situations on site Ability to work systematically and proactively Excellent Finnish language skills and proficient English language skills A driving license B, own car, and readiness for full-time travel.
