Process Engineer, Forcit Pori - Forcit Group - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for a process engineer for the TNT production plant under construction in Noormarkku, Pori, expected to start production in 2028. The role involves developing and ensuring the operation of the production process, combining chemical expertise, analytics, and practical work. You will create and lead commissioning plans, participate in describing factory operations, and train the organization. Key tasks include process development, process chemistry management, guiding production, analyzing data, optimizing efficiency, safety, and participating in projects. The ideal candidate has a relevant education (DI or engineer, e.g., chemistry or process engineering), understanding of chemical processes, safety development experience, data analysis skills, and fluency in Finnish and English.
