POSITION SUMMARY To ensure the delivery of strong potential candidate pipelines for all Korn Ferry recruitment service lines through direct and indirect candidate sourcing, sourcing channel optimization and proactive development of talent pools. To achieve personal targets and contribute to the overall success and positive image of Korn Ferry through candidate and client interaction. At all times demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior & personal integrity. Positive and proactive communication with peers and colleagues, generosity of knowledge and experience sharing and building effective relationships within and across the business. The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management and customer focus and responsiveness to remote client-facing activity. Talent Consultants are subject matter experts around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
