Job Description
As an Asset Manager, you will join Kielo's approximately 30-person team and work closely with various stakeholders and partners. You will be responsible independently for your own property portfolio and its long-term value development. The role emphasizes the commercial and strategic development of properties, maintaining tenant relationships, and increasing occupancy rates and net yields. You will advance property development and renovation projects in collaboration with technical partners. You will participate in budgeting and reporting, actively acquire new tenants, build and maintain tenant and stakeholder relationships, and engage in various commercial negotiations. Your property portfolio mainly consists of retail and shopping centers located across Finland, with clients including large Finnish and international retail companies.
