We are looking for a substitute caregiver with experience in residential care for the special unit Mäntykumpu. We are seeking a professional with a degree in social or health care (AMK) who has work experience in child protection and/or child and adolescent psychiatry. Mäntykumpu offers a homely environment and a home for seven children and young people requiring specialized residential services. The well-being and rehabilitation of the child are central to all activities at Mäntykumpu. The daily work at Mäntykumpu is built around strong attachment and trauma work. Mäntykumpu is located in the beautiful rural landscape of Siuntio, only a 20-minute drive from Espoo city center and 10 minutes from Nummela, right next to the Turku motorway.
