We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist / CNC Lathe Operator for a permanent position in Nokia for our client. Our client is a long-established professional in machining and a company employing over 10 people, manufacturing high-quality, precise components for industrial projects as well as maintenance and repair needs. This is a long-term position for someone who can operate CNC machining independently and enjoys diverse machining tasks. You will primarily work on Okuma machines and in the IGF programming environment in a modern and tidy workspace. Work is on day shifts on weekdays from 7 am to 3 pm, with flexible working hours possible. Your responsibilities include various CNC machining and turning tasks, such as: Operating and setting up CNC lathes, Creating and modifying programs, Measuring parts and quality assurance, Manufacturing single and small series parts, Daily operation of machines and ensuring smooth production. The role emphasizes independent work, precision, and pride in delivering high-quality work. We value several years of experience in CNC machining and turning, experience with Okuma machines and IGF programming, Ability to program and operate independently, Good understanding of technical drawings, Active and proactive work attitude, Fluent Finnish language skills. Experience with WinCAM is considered an advantage.
