Food Production Worker - Valio Oy - Remote - Global

Valio Oy is seeking a full-time food production worker for their Suonenjoki factory, primarily working in a three-shift schedule. The role involves operating and monitoring production machines and robots, maintaining quality control and reporting, cleaning production areas and equipment, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards. The factory produces jams, purees, and marmalades, and employs around one hundred staff including production specialists, R&D, maintenance, and administration. The ideal candidate has good communication skills, a positive attitude, the ability to work independently and in teams, initiative, responsibility, basic IT skills, and fluent Finnish. Experience in food or dairy industry, robotics, hygiene certification, forklift license, and driving skills are advantageous.
