Job Description

We are now looking for a new team member for new customer sales to support Barona's growth in Western Finland, covering the area between Turku, Vaasa, and Tampere. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for new client acquisition and overall sales in your region. You will actively identify potential clients in the retail, sales, and Horeca sectors, meet clients by phone and face-to-face, lay the foundation for long-term customer relationships, and add value to local companies with our services. You will travel regularly within the Western Finland region for client meetings. Your home office can be located in Turku, Tampere, or Vaasa, where you will also meet colleagues from different industries. Your closest team members and supervisor work in Helsinki. The entire team gathers weekly via online meetings. We expect from you: - Strong B2B sales experience and a proven track record of successful sales - Experience in retail, sales, and/or Horeca sectors - Good knowledge of the local business environment in the region (Turku, Tampere, and/or Vaasa) - Self-driven, goal-oriented, and people-oriented working style - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to use your own car - Good Finnish and English language skills; Swedish is an advantage.
