Summer 2026: Practical Nurse, Home Care, Multia-Petäjävesi - Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialue

We are hiring two summer substitutes for the home care in Multia-Petäjävesi until August 30. A summer job in the Multia-Petäjävesi home care offers diverse and mobile work, where each workday is different. The work is carried out in clients' homes, supported by remote care options if needed. Tasks include basic care, medical procedures, medication management, health monitoring, and client service needs assessment. In Multi-Petäjäveden home care, work is performed with great heart and customer orientation. You will be part of flexible work communities and develop your skills alongside experienced colleagues. Orientation is planned individually based on your needs, considering your previous skills and work history. The work involves two-shift work, and you need a driving license and access to a car. In Central Finland's welfare area, most units utilize autonomous shift planning to accommodate employees' different life situations. As a graduate practical nurse, you must be registered as a professional with the Finnish Supervisory Authority. We require suitability under Section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act (e.g., measles, rubella). The employer will determine the need for influenza and whooping cough vaccinations. The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract according to Section 6 of the Criminal Records Act (for work with the elderly). We require up-to-date medication management skills according to the medication plan or completion of training at the start of employment. Employment terms are governed by the social and health care collective agreement (SOTE agreement). A trial period applies.
