Job Description
Lekitek Oy is responsible for maintaining the sports and outdoor recreation areas of the municipality of Lempäälä. We are now looking to add a sports facility maintenance worker to our team for a permanent position. The role offers diverse and responsible work related to the upkeep of sports facilities. As a sports facility maintenance worker, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and safety of Lempäälä's sports and outdoor recreation areas. The tasks include: - Maintenance and upkeep of indoor and outdoor sports facilities - Upkeep of outdoor fields, recreational trails, and hiking areas - Operation of machinery and equipment (e.g., tractors, ride-on mowers) - Customer service and collaboration with other staff - Shift work and weekend work according to seasons. Requirements include education in sports facility maintenance or equivalent skills, experience in maintaining sports facilities or outdoor areas, B driver's license, readiness for shift work and physical work, initiative, teamwork skills, and a responsible work attitude. Preferred qualifications include experience with maintenance equipment, arborist skills, customer service experience, and additional driving license categories.
