Customer Service Representative (Café and Reception) - ISS Palvelut Oy - Remote - Global

We are now seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative for a full-time position at a high-quality café and reception in Espoo's Niittykumpu. In this role, you will independently handle reception duties at the Business Park site and manage daily café operations, including preparing sandwiches, salads, smoothies, porridge, and other cold products. You will also generate new product ideas, ensure attractive presentation, and maintain a professional and appealing café environment. Additionally, you will greet visitors, guide them, and handle practical tasks such as access control, key management, mail reception, and creating notices for building users. You enjoy interacting with people and naturally provide warm, sunny customer service. You have good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and can respond flexibly to various service requests, offering top-notch service consistently. Working hours are mainly weekdays from 6:30 to 15:00, with occasional evening shifts. The position is full-time (37.5 hours/week), starting on 18.5.2026, and is temporary until 31.7.2026. The salary is at least the minimum according to the collective agreement for tourism, restaurant, and leisure services, ranging from €2005 to €2215/month depending on experience, with possible additional pay for overtime and personal skills.
