The network construction has already started in spring 2026 in Parikkala with Parikkalan Valo Oy. The upcoming fiber optic network company is a rapidly growing business, and our goal is to reach 2000 customer connections within 5-6 years. We are seeking a CEO for the new company, with expertise in designing, constructing, and managing fiber optic networks, as well as leading sales and marketing of fiber optic connections. You require suitable education (diploma engineer, Bachelor of Engineering) or equivalent skills acquired through experience. You also have at least two years of experience in constructing fiber optic or similar networks and at least one year of experience with network planning systems. You understand the full lifecycle of projects and scheduling. In addition to financial and contractual skills, you recognize the importance of quality and safety issues in your work. Besides the major aspects of the project, you pay attention to smaller details. You are an active and positively assertive developer of operations who is not afraid to take on new challenges and tasks. You find working in a flat organization meaningful and are willing to roll up your sleeves. Negotiation skills, personnel management, board work, implementation ability, and the ability to produce written materials are important for success in the role.
