Job Description
We are looking for bus drivers for the winter season 2026-2027. Are you interested in working in Lapland during the winter season? Do you want to experience the Arctic nature, northern culture, and the magic of Lapland? We are seeking bus drivers for our client companies for the winter season 2026-2027. Your work location will be based on your preferences, for example Rovaniemi, Levi, Ruka, or Ylläs. If you are a motivated and responsible driver, you might be the person we are looking for! As a bus driver, you will work in a busy seasonal environment and be responsible for the safe and smooth transportation of passengers. Your duties include adhering to schedules, customer service, vehicle maintenance, and ensuring safe and comfortable journeys in the varied winter conditions of Lapland. You will work as part of a service-oriented team and play an important role in creating a positive travel experience for passengers. We expect from you: - Valid bus driver’s license (D) and professional competence - Previous experience in bus driving tasks - Ability to work responsibly and calmly in changing and challenging weather conditions - Proactive, flexible, and reliable work attitude - Good customer service and interaction skills - Fluent Finnish and English language skills; additional languages are considered an advantage We offer you: - A pleasant and meaningful job in enchanting Lapland during the winter season - The opportunity to work full-time or part-time - Salary according to agreement, but at least according to the collective agreement - Comprehensive orientation at the beginning of the employment Lapland offers more than just work; many unforgettable winter activities and breathtaking natural beauty.
