Are you interested in building responsible and sustainable infrastructure? We are looking for an HSE Supervisor for the safety team in data center and industrial construction projects. The digital infrastructure, energy, and industrial construction business implements demanding industrial projects, power plants, and data centers. As an HSE Supervisor, you will be responsible for practical management of site safety and ensuring safety matters are implemented daily according to plans. You will coordinate daily safety work, ensure smooth communication between project parties, and collaborate closely with site managers, supervisors, workers, subcontractors, and clients. Your tasks include implementing safety plans, guiding safety solutions, anticipating risks, organizing inspections, monitoring safety observations, participating in inductions and training, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and client requirements. You will be a key link in developing safety culture and ensuring safety is visible and integral to daily work. The role also involves conducting inductions and other safety-related tasks. Why YIT?
