We are now looking for a new team member for new customer sales to support Barona's growth in Central Finland, covering the Tampere-Jyväskylä-Kuopio axis. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for new customer acquisition and overall sales in your area. You will actively identify potential clients in the retail, sales, and Horeca sectors, meet clients by phone and face-to-face, lay the foundation for long-term customer relationships, and add value to local companies with our services. You will travel regularly within Central Finland for customer meetings. Your home office can be located in Tampere, Kuopio, or Jyväskylä, where you will also meet colleagues from different industries. Your closest team members and supervisor work in Helsinki. The entire team gathers weekly via online meetings. We expect from you: - Strong B2B sales experience and proven results in sales work - Experience in the retail, sales, and/or Horeca sectors - Good knowledge of the local business environment in Tampere, Jyväskylä, and/or Kuopio - Self-driven, goal-oriented, and people-oriented working style - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to use your own car - Good Finnish and English language skills We offer: - Full-time, permanent employment - Fixed monthly salary plus an incentive bonus scheme and various sales commissions (total earnings 3500-4000€/month) - Barona's well-known brand, high-quality services, and professional team support - A responsible and independent role with opportunities to influence your work and grow as a sales professional - Diverse employee benefits, such as lunch, recreation, and sports benefits, accident insurance during free time, and other benefits offered by our partners across Finland.
