Team Lead, Mechanical Design Engineer - Integrify - Remote - Global

This position combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering work. You will play a key role in guiding a team of designers while contributing to the development of hydraulic products and systems used in demanding machinery applications. Lead, mentor, and support a team of mechanical design engineers. Participate in the design and development of hydraulic products, systems, and machinery-related solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation and engineering drawings. Develop and review hydraulic schematics and system concepts. Support customer-specific development projects and product customization activities. Contribute to the lifecycle management and continuous improvement of existing products. Collaborate closely with production, sourcing, service, quality, and other internal stakeholders. Provide technical guidance and share best practices within the engineering team.
