Vaasan ammattikorkeakoulu (VAMK) seeks two leading researchers to head new research groups at the university's TKI and business unit. The leading researcher acts as the content and strategic leader of the research group, responsible for several demanding national and international projects. The role is not managerial. Key responsibilities include ensuring the group's productivity, quality, impact, and strategic direction, preparing and leading complex projects such as Horizon Europe, EIC, CEF, InvestEU, Digital Europe, Erasmus+CoVE, LIFE, and EIT. The role involves building and coordinating large consortia, developing research networks regionally, nationally, and internationally, and producing high-quality publications. The ideal candidate holds a doctoral degree, has a strong publication and project history, proven experience in securing international research funding, and leadership skills.
