In this role, you will develop learning support in close collaboration with various professional fields and engage in meaningful and impactful teaching work with youth and adults. You are the candidate we are looking for if you have diverse experience in developing learning support for vocational education in accordance with the upcoming legislative reform effective from 1.8.2026, and strong project management skills. Varia is involved in a management pilot, and in this role, you will support the establishment of learning support structures at Varia through onboarding and shared dialogue. Your tasks may also include other work related to the management pilot. The position also includes teaching and guidance of common modules.
