Baristas for the new Nivo cafe chain

We recently opened a new cafe chain in Finland and are looking for baristas to join our growing cafe team. Nivo Cafe is part of Reitan Convenience Finland, known for brands like R-kioski and Ärrä, with operations across the Nordic and Baltic region and about 2,000 stores. As a barista you will serve customers and sell according to our service concept, prepare coffee, drinks and other items, ensure daily quality and concept execution, maintain food hygiene and self-monitoring, keep the cafe clean and welcoming, and communicate fluently in Finnish with natural English for customer interactions. Previous experience in cafe, restaurant or customer service is helpful, but the most important is the right attitude, willingness to learn and ability to take responsibility.
