Your tasks As a practical nurse, you will work with home care clients in their own homes. Your work is diverse and responsible, involving planning, implementing, and evaluating care together with a multidisciplinary team. You will support clients' daily activities with a rehabilitative approach, enhancing their functional capacity and strengthening their resources and participation. Home care work offers varied situations where you can utilize both your independent decision-making skills and teamwork skills as part of a professional team. The home care in Parainen's city center consists of two units, Parsby and Tennby home care. In this role, you will mainly work in Parsby home care. The area includes both city center apartment areas and locations outside the urban area. We mostly travel to clients' homes by car, but for some areas, cycling is a convenient mode of transportation.
